Joshua 1:9
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
For the last couple of months Porter has been having a lot of weird symptoms and pain and after seeing the pediatrician and getting blood work done, they were very concerned that he had leukemia or juvenile rheumatoid arthritis.
Last week we spent two days in Wesley trying to figure out what was wrong with him. They feel pretty confident that we can rule out leukemia, but they are pretty sure that he has juvenile rheumatoid arthritis.
At our follow up in wichita today our dr. called the pediatric rheumatologist in Kansas City and he wants to see us tomorrow morning. So tonight we will head to KC to hopefully get some answers and help for Porter, and if you could say a prayer for him we would really appreciate it!
He’s a tough little cowboy, but seeing him in pain breaks our hearts. We trust God’s plan and are praising him that it isn’t cancer. 💜
Sending prayers for a good team that can give you answers and treatment. No weapon formed against Porter can prosper.
